Service Description

The Yucatan Peninsula is the perfect place for Cave Diver training, with many caverns and caves to perfect the skills you will need to safely enjoy cave diving proficiently. ​The course is divided into 3 sub classes...Cavern Diver where you will learn to dive with 2 tanks either back mounted or side mounted, the use of lines and reels and the preservation of the unique environment that we will be diving in. Next comes Intro to Cave diver, ready to leave the sunlight zone and enter the cave for real, protocols will be taught for connecting to a cave line, for having a lost diver and having a lost line. Last comes Full Cave Diver, to be mastered will be complex navigation . ​The duration of these courses depend and are performance based, but usually they are 3 to 4 days for Cavern, 3 to 4 days for Intro and 4 to 5 days for Full Cave. The cost is 250 USD per day.
